Amazing Alex (previously Casey's Contraptions, before being acquired and rereleased by Rovio) tops the iPad's sales charts in its debut week, leading over an updated iPad version of Andreas Illiger's hit Tiny Wings.

Former chart leaders Where's My Perry?, Temple Run: Brave, and Where's My Water? drop to third, fourth, and fifth place, while Angry Birds Space HD overtakes Gameloft's film-based brawler The Amazing Spider-Man at sixth.

NaturalMotion's microtransaction-supported racer CSR Racing remains a popular pick at third place, meanwhile, as Bulkypix's world-building game The Sandbox claims seventh in its premiere week.
