American Chickadees

Chickadees are among the most popular bird in America. Most people see a tit and thinking of a kind, if in fact there are at least six species of tits in the lower 48 states.

Black-capped Chickadee: This is the most widespread and frequently tits. Like all great tits in the event of a bird flitting from branch to branch with a weak flight. It has a dark brown cap and black chin patch, a small calculation, and the classic chick-a-dee-deeCall. It also has a song that a clear fee-bee-be needs.

Carolina Chickadee: This species is nearly identical to the previous species, but states south of the Black-capped range in the southeastern United. It is slightly different track, but to the casual observer is almost identical to the Black-capped.

Mountain Chickadee: This species is an expert in high altitude. It seems to be identified very different from a beginning bird watcher.It has a white eyebrow line that separates largely black cap with a black line through the eye. Expert can tell the most famous ornithologists Husky Husky chick-a-dee call.

Boreal Chickadee: This is a northern species, which only in some of the countries bordering Canada. E 'easily identified by its reddish brown hat and hips. It is a life bird for many birders wanted list.

Mexican Chickadee: This species is very limited in MexicoUnited States and is only in the area Chirichaua found in southeastern Arizona. It's a bit gray suit and the black-capped and it is also a list of desirable birds.

Chestnut-backed tit: This is a specialty of the Pacific Northwest. Preferably coniferous forests, and is easily recognizable by its chestnut brown back and sides.
