I love falling in love. Doesn't everyone? Falling in love is one of the most powerful experiences I've had in life: everything seems brighter and more hopeful; my creative juices start flowing; I feel more alive and need less sleep; I become much more kind, generous, and funny; magic and synchronicity dance through my days.
So, why do the magic and aliveness get replaced with arguments and struggles?
After my last relationship ended, I decided to take a a break from relationships and use my training in Commpassionate Communication (NVC), Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Restorative Systems, and Empathic Life Coaching to explore what I could do as a single person in order to come alive and feel confident and excited about my next relationship.
I'm feeling entirely inspired about how it's going (I wish I'd done this 15 years ago!) and have come up with an approach to being single that I'm excited to share with others. I call it SingledIn.
