Real Estate q | Reseau ICS Vlyon

Question: We have never been late on mortgage payments and have great credit solo, but as the active-duty military, we cannot live at home because we are given elsewhere. Each choice refinance we have explored the current residency requirements made to the program. Are there any options for a mortgage refinance or modification under water where the owner is not currently living at home? /PP-MJ/pp answer: maybe. You are correct that most, if not all, the programs are government-sponsored requiring borrowers that live in homes as their primary residence. I am assuming that you rent the House to a tenant in the absence of and that is why you will be rejected. If the House is sitting/PP blank while you are deployed, then it still might be considered your primary residence. I recommend that you call Your lender and explain the situation. Many lenders have internal programs that can help you to lower your payments through a modification of the loan. /PP also, if you buy a House Veterans Affairs benefits use the loan, you may be able to refinance Refinancing Loan program through a reduction in the interest rate. There are many programs out there, so I strongly suggest that you keep trying. /pp/pp q: my partner has a condo that is worth far less than the mortgage. I?m not on the loan, and we live together but are not legally married. He retired and on limited income and barely make ends meet it ?s. We hear horror stories about how the banks will not talk to you about modifying your loan unless you are not paid for at least two to three months. We want to stay here but can?t unless the lender we reduce our monthly payments. In addition, at our age, we will ever live long enough to pay the mortgage. What can we do? /PP-Robert/pp a: calling his lender and try to get a loan modification. I have encountered a few situations where the lender has told my clients that he would not be considered for loan modification while current in payment. But I also have negotiated many loan modifications when the borrower is current. The point is that you should try to get it done. /PP couples as well, although you may not have enough revenue to modification, the lender may also consider your income if you are helping to support the household spending. I would suggest that you try to get the modification while staying current on payments, if at all possible. /pp/pp about the author: Gary m. singer was a lawyer Florida and board-certified as an expert in real estate law by the Florida Bar.
